Har saal ka same pattern – aur wahi purani galti

Har saal jab December aata hai, toh social media pe ek hi vibe hoti hai – “Naya saal, naye goals, nayi life.” Log notebooks kharidte hain, gym memberships lete hain, aur apni stories me likhte hain – “This year, I’ll be a better version of myself.”

Par sach bolo, kitne log January ke pehle hafte ke baad bhi apne resolution par tikte hain? Ek research ke hisaab se 80% log apne resolutions 14 din me hi tod dete hain. Reason simple hai – unhone planning ki hoti hai, par preparation nahi.
